Sasuke's quest chapter 4

Chapter 4
Captured by the bandits



The bandit from before returned to the base that he and his comrades lived. It was a temple near the sea side. He walked inside and approached a man that was staring at him intensely. The boss was sitting in a throne with two larger men beside him.

"The old man from the village has a grandson from Konoha." The bandit spoke loudly.

The boss's eyes sparked with interest. "Tell me more."

"The boy is from the Uchiha clan, he knows the sharigan just like the old man." The bandit spoke again. "His name is Sasuke."


The bandit chief smirked evilly. "Bring me this Sasuke boy." He knew that Kerberos's weakness lied within the boy somehow.

"He won't be easy to capture Sir!" the bandit said nervously.

The bandit chief looked at them angrily. "Figure out a way then!"

The bandits looked at each other nervously while trying to think. The bandit leader sighed in disgust and then held up a small bag with red powder inside it. "If it gets into anyone's eyes it will burn, like crazy." The bandits took the powder from the leader and smirked. They had their plan.


Later, they returned to the village where Sasuke and his grandfather were staying. They hid in the bushes near the forest. They smirked as Sasuke came out of the house to get fire wood. One of the bandits rustled the bushes creating a bunch of noise.

Sasuke turned his attention to the woods. "I wonder what's going on. I should probably investigate." He took out a kunai and approached the bush cautiously. However, he was too late, the bandits came out and threw the powder in the boy's eyes.

"My eyes, my eyes are burning." He yelled.

"Keep your mouth shut brat!" one of the bandits sneered and tied him up.

"Hey! Old man!" one of them called out towards the house.

"What in the world is all the yelling about?" Keroberso growled coming out of the house. He saw the bandits and Sasuke tied up with his eyes closed and let out a low growl.

"If you ever want to see your precious grandson again, you'll come to the Sea-side temple." The bandit who had tied up Sasuke said. "You have to come alone."

They then, disappeared with Sasuke on the shoulder of the leader of the group. "Grandfather, help!" Sasuke yelled.

"Shut up brat!" one of the bandits hit him on the back of the neck knocking him out.


Hours later, Sasuke started to regain consciousness. He couldn't tell where he was because his eyes were still burning due to the powder. He tried to stand up when he fell to the ground by a strange swinging sensation. He felt around and his fingers were wrapped around a bar.

"I'm trapped in a cage. Why am I in a cage?" Sasuke wondered. He tried his best to get out, his jutsu were no use, and the cage must have been made of something to seal chakra for not even scrolls could work. He placed his hands outside the bar to see if the cage was on ground. It wasn't. it was hanging in the sky.  The roar of the sea could be heard outside.

"Where the heck am I?" he said trying to calm his voice. He tried to open his eyes but the burning feeling came back so he closed them really fast.

"Grandfather, where are you!" Sasuke yelled. He hoped his grandfather would hear him and try to save him.
